This image marks a moment in time. This quarry was featured in the classic movie “Breaking Away” and is remembered fondly by the thousands of peeps, including my kids, who passed lazy summer days enjoying the beautiful Rooftop Quarry. This quarry was recently filled in and sadly no longer exists.
